This was the first time I ever bought anything from Gesner. The ring exceeded my expectations. I never thought about buying estate jewelry, now that's all I'm going to buy, you just can't beat the value, needless to say I'm a very satisfied customer. Review by Cary & Deb (Posted on 2/22/2012)
I couldn't be any happier with the truly amazing service (and perfect antique engagement ring)! Erik and Frank have been so wonderful, answering my after hours frantic e-mails and taking care of everything, even paying for my return shipping, when I needed my ring re-sized. They have made buying jewelry on-line as easy as possible. They have absolutely gone above and beyond do make me a VERY happy customer! Do NOT hesitate to buy here...you will NOT be disappointed! I had a wonderful experience with Gesner's Jewelry. I live in Jacksonville,Florida, but I was planning to visit Tampa with my fiancé. I wrote to Mr. Gesner with a list of rings I would like to see from the website. He noticed that I liked rings with sapphires and brought out several in addition to the ones I had named. I ended up choosing a ring he had selected, and it is absolutely stunning. Gesner's customer service is top notch, and they stand by their five year guarantee. I noticed about a year-and-a-half later that one of my diamonds was moving. I shipped the ring to them, and they repaired it and shipped it back at no cost. This is a wonderful business with a stunning selection. The online pictures really can't do justice to the beauty of some of these pieces. I can't recommend Gesner's Jewelry highly enough! Two years ago, when my husband returned from Iraq, he offered to buy me a wedding ring to go with the engagement ring I already had. I looked into it and found out getting a custom made band for the ring I already had would cost as much as the higher carat weight engagement ring I had. It was never that comfortable anyway, so I started looking at vintage rings with comfortable bands. We found the perfect Art Deco era ring at Gesner for a very reasonable price.
It is comfortable and the old European cut diamond in the center is amazingly beautiful. I was impressed by the wide selection of vintage jewelry Gesner had to offer as well as pleased with the polite salestaff. I would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking vintage jewelry and a pleasant purchasing experience. Review by Amy B (Posted on 8/25/2013)
I have received so many compliments on this beautiful engagement ring! My fiance bought this ring in March and popped the question last week! He said the people at Gesner were so friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to help him find the best quality ring at a fair price, even though we live out of state. Thank you, Gesner Estate Jewelry! Review by Sabrina Hurlock (Posted on 6/30/2018)
I have to say, the pictures on your website did not do the ring justice. It
was far more beautiful than I expected! Review by Dan D. (Posted on 2/22/2012)
I got an estate ring for my wife for Valentines Day. She was thrilled! It is beautiful. The packaging was discreet. She had no idea what it was. It came with appraisal papers too. Review by Doug I (Posted on 2/19/2018)
I highly recommend GESNER'S jewelry for any type of stones or watches. I recently traded in my Rolex towards another Rolex, and felt honestly that I got a great deal. Thank You, Frank for being the professional you are! Review by Chris B. (Posted on 2/22/2012)
I picked up my ring this morning from customs in Australia "How beautiful " I had it booked in at a gemologist just for peace of mind that same day and well let me tell you it's worth a lot more here than in the US. You have no idea how happy I am. Thank you for your wonderful service and thank you for my AMAZING 1930s diamond ring x Review by Jude (Posted on 9/24/2013)
