We provide you with complimentary ring sizing at the point of sale and also for as long as you own the ring if needed in the future. We also provide you with free shipping. Additionally, we stand behind the ring regarding required future repairs for a period of 5 years, assuming said repair is from normal wear and not caused by abuse.
Sizing: FREE lifetime sizing if you purchase the ring from us.
Appraisal: FREE appraisal prepared by our graduate G.I.A. gemologist.

If you purchase a ring from us, we will size your ring at NO CHARGE. When purchasing a ring online, please make sure the size you give us is the correct size. This is a LIFETIME privilege.
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, credit cards and PayPal. However, payment must clear our bank before shipment. Normally, 5 working days is sufficient time for checks to clear. We accept all major credit cards directly on our website and also through PayPal. All purchases made by credit card will only be shipped to the address that your statement is sent to. Please call our Largo store at 727-586-6000 during business hours 9:30-5:30 EST Monday–Friday if you have any questions. You are also welcome to call our Tampa store at 813-282-1008 during business hours 10:00-9:00 EST Monday-Saturday and 12:00-6:00 EST on Sunday.
Orders placed outside the U.S. can only use PayPal for payment. Orders will be shipped to your PayPal listed address only.
All international shipments will incur a flat fee of $75.00 USD. All shipments are made through either DHL or FedEx and normal shipping time to your address is 1 week or less.
Buyer pays for any Customs/Duties/VAT Tax/Local Tax - If necessary. We are NOT responsible for any items detained by Customs.
Our policy is as follows: An UNCONDITIONAL 2 day return privilege for a full refund via company check. No reason needs to be given for this 2 day return privilege. All you need to do is notify us within 2 days of receiving the item and let us know that you are returning it. For example, if you receive the item on a Friday, you must notify us on Sunday. You have an additional 12 days to have the item looked at by another appraiser if you wish and you MUST notify us within 2 days of receiving it if you are having it appraised OR you will receive store credit only. Design alterations or customizing an item will void the return privilege. If the item turns out not to be as represented, you may return it for the same full refund as described above. Our only requirement is that the item be appraised by a graduate gemologist from the G.I.A. and that the second opinion differs in a meaningful way. A copy of the appraiser’s appraisal must be sent to us before we will agree to the refund. The item must be returned within 1 week of the agreed return date and in the same condition as when sent.
After the return privilege has expired, any item purchased from us may be returned for a full store credit as long as it is back in our possession within 30 days of purchase and is in the same condition as when received. The store credit has no time limitation and may be used for whatever purchase you choose.
Layaway purchases may be canceled at any time within the first 2 days of the agreement to purchase. The agreement to purchase starts when the 1st Layaway payment is made and, after that 2 day period, only store credit will be issued.
Starting a Layaway is your commitment to buy. If, at any time during the contract after the initial 2 day period, the purchaser chooses to terminate the layaway, store credit will be given for the amount paid at the time of termination.
For a Layaway purchase under $1,500, 1/3 of the purchase price is required as down payment followed by 2 monthly payments of the same amount. For purchases over $1,500, 1/4 of the purchase price is required as down payment followed by 3 monthly payments of the same amount. There is no charge for this service and you may prepay at any time.
All orders are shipped FedEx – Fully Insured. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If you would like any other special accommodations, please feel free to contact us.
