Payment-


We accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks; however, payment must clear our bank before shipment. Normally, 5 working days is sufficient time for checks to clear. We also accept all major credit cards directly on our website thru Paypal. All purchases made by credit card will only be shipped to the address that your statement is sent to. Please call us at 727-586-6000 during business hours (9:30-5:30 EST Monday–Friday) if you have any questions. Orders placed outside the U.S. have payment options with a wire transfer or cashier’s check in $US only.


Returns-


You may return your item(s) for any reason. Any item purchased online for a full refund may be returned if we are notified within 2 business days by email or by phone. Jewelry must be back in our possession within 5 business days after you have received it. Items must be insured for the full amount. All pieces must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Items will then be refunded in full (less shipping charges and credit card fees). No refunds for custom jewelry. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.


Any other jewelry that is being returned after the 2 day deadline will also require a phone call or email and must be returned within 30 days to receive a store credit. Items must be insured for the full amount. All pieces must be returned in original condition with original packaging and a store credit will be issued (less shipping charges). There are no refunds on custom jewelry. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.


In-Store Purchases-


In-store purchases have a 48 hour return policy for full credit. Any other jewelry that is being returned after the 48 hour deadline must be returned within 30 days to receive a store credit. There are no refunds on custom jewelry. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.


Shipping –


Orders received on Monday thru Thursday will be shipped the following day through the U.S. post office – Registered Mail. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday and sent on Tuesday. If you would like overnight delivery or any other special accommodations, please feel free to contact us.


Guarantees –

We make every effort to accurately describe our jewelry. In the event you are unhappy with the item, you can return it for a refund per our return policy.


Sales Tax –


When shipped to a Florida address, sales tax of 7% will be charged.


Ring Sizes –


If you purchase a ring from us, we will size your ring at no charge. When you purchase a ring online and give us your ring size, please make sure the size is correct.
